New Website and Support Channels

Welcome to ParkTEC’s newly designed website.  I want to thank you for taking the time to review the new ways you can get in touch with our support team.

One of the first things you will notice is a “Support” button as soon as you visit our homepage. Once you click on the support button a support case submission form will appear.

  1. Under requester enter your email address.  The email address entered is where you will get support ticket notifications.
  2. Enter a descriptive title in the subject field.
  3. In the text field under the subject please provide any pertinent information about this support ticket
  4. Please select the closest option from the Type field.
  5. Under People Affected choose the proper option.  This may be one of the most important fields.  Depending on your selection the Ticket Urgency is determined.  If there is no issue (such as projects, or enhancements) but you want to keep track of a case just choose informational.

Other Support Options


You can now create support cases via twitter.  Just tweet “helpme” (without quotations) + a brief description of your issue to @parktecllc and a support case will be created for you.  Correspondence will happen over twitter.


This one isn’t new but worth mentioning.  You always have the ability to email your support case to us.  Just email and a support case will be created for you.


Another method that is worth mentioning.  You can go to to fill out a web form to submit a support case.  For those of you who registered for a password, you can login and also manage your open support cases through this site.
